Personal Training
Each member
receives three personal training sessions with a certified trainer
at the onset of their memberships. During these sessions, the Pyramid
staff tests for body composition, cardiovascular fitness, and strength
in order to design each training program. During the next scheduled
appointment each member outlines his or her goals and experience level.
After members set their goals, a trained
and certified Pyramid staff member implements each individual program
by going through each exercise to make sure members can perform
them safely and effectively. Nutritional counseling is also included
in training sessions and includes nutritional diaries and caloric
intake guidelines to help members transform their bodies and make
healthy decisions concerning their nutritional programs.
We also have trainers that
you can hire after your initial start up program. Our trainers will
be happy to help you with anything including designing a new exercise
program, developing a new diet plan, Body Age Assessment, and much
